By making a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings must be made through our website.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Please check your email carefully for the date, time and number of children booked.

Our soft play is designed specifically for children aged 0-4 years. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children over the age of 4 on the play equipment. Older siblings are welcome to attend as part of the two included adults, but they will not be able to use the soft play.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a parent, guardian, or caregiver at all times.

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Late arrivals will result in reduced playtime, but refunds or extensions cannot be provided.

Once all bookings have been completed and confirmed, refunds are not permitted.
Sessions may be rescheduled provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before the booked session time.
We recommend double-checking your session date and time before completing your booking.

Children who are unwell must not attend.
Socks must be worn by all children and adults in the soft play area. Socks are available for purchase behind the counter (£1).
Parents/caregivers are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. Our staff are here to assist but under no circumstances supervise children for you.
If a toilet accident or sickness occurs, a member of staff must be informed immediately. Parents or caregivers are responsible for the clean up. Staff will provide appropriate cleaning equipment and materials to support you.

Children and accompanying adults are expected to behave in a safe, respectful, and considerate manner.
Aggressive, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the soft play area without refund.
Play sessions are for 90 minutes. You will be notified 5 minutes before your session ends.

B's House Limited accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings while on the premises.
Parents/guardians accept responsibility for their children's safety at all times.

Please be mindful of other guests when taking photographs or videos.
By booking, you consent to our privacy policy regarding the handling of your personal data.

B's House Limited reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will apply to new bookings.
